FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

THE BASICS

  • “What is a DreamTrips Rewards Card?” The DreamTrips Rewards Card is a limited-time promotion used by WorldVentures Representatives to encourage new DreamTrips Memberships. It rewards new DreamTrips Members for joining by offering a $100 discount off their first DreamTrip.
  • “Where do I get a DreamTrips Rewards Card?” DreamTrips Rewards Cards are available approximately once every quarter at a major WorldVentures event. The details of this promotion are not announced prior to the selected event. DreamTrips Rewards Cards can only be purchased at a WorldVentures event; they are not available for purchase online.
  • “Who can use a DreamTrips Rewards Card?” New DreamTrips Members who enroll between July 15 and August 31, 2011, can use the DreamTrips Rewards Cards. It is not applicable for existing members or transfer of DreamTrips Membership. The promotion cannot be used retroactively for members who have joined prior to the July 15 start date.
  • “How do I get a DreamTrips Rewards Card?”

WorldVentures Representatives can purchase the cards if they are in attendance at a sponsored event where the cards are being sold. New DreamTrips Members can receive the DreamTrips Rewards Card as a bonus from a WorldVentures Representative for enrolling in the DreamTrips Membership program between July 15 and August 31, 2011.

  • “How does my DreamTrips Rewards Card work?” The DreamTrips Rewards Card promotion is a three-step process:
    1. Enrollment: New members will receive their DreamTrips Rewards card from a WorldVentures Representative after enrollment in the DreamTrips membership program between July 15 and August 31, 2011.
    2. Activation: Each card must be activated before it can be used. The new member has 21 days from their specific enrollment date and by August 31, 2011, (whichever date comes first) to activate the card on the activation website: www.dreamtripsrewards.com.
    3. Redemption: Once the DreamTrips Rewards Card has been activated, each new member has until September 30, 2011, to redeem the value toward a DreamTrips purchase. To redeem, the member will visit www.roviadreams.com, select the DreamTrip of their choice and then follow the booking process through to the payment page. On the payment page, they will see a yellow bar, which indicates that the DreamTrips Rewards Card value has been deducted from the trip total.
  • “Do I need to activate my DreamTrips Rewards Card?” Yes. You may not redeem a DreamTrips Rewards Card if it has not been previously activated on the activation website www.dreamtripsrewards.com. Once activated, the value of the card will automatically be available for use on www.roviadreams.com
  • “I am a WorldVentures Representative; what should I know about the DreamTrips Rewards Card?” Using the DreamTrips Rewards Card promotion is the best way to recruit DreamTrips members; it offers each new member a $100 discount on their first DreamTrip, getting them on their first DreamTrip sooner. From there, we let the DreamTrips product speak for itself—we know they’ll be hooked!

Want to get the most out of your DreamTrips Rewards Cards? Here are a few pointers:

  • Activate each card for your new member before distributing. This way, all they have to worry about is which DreamTrip they will choose before the September 30 deadline!
  • Giving a DreamTrip Rewards Card to a new member who lives out of town? Rather than mailing their card (which takes time away from their 21-day activation period), email them the card number and value. Be sure to double-check the card number you give them so they don’t run into problems later!
  • Clearly communicate the three-step timeline to your member and be available for any questions they may have. Remember, confused members are not happy members.
  • “Can I order DreamTrips Rewards Cards online?” No. Because the DreamTrips Rewards Cards expire, we feel that purchasing the cards online and waiting for shipping would be a disservice to our members.

CARD VALUE

  • “What is the value of my DreamTrips Rewards Card?” One-hundred dollars toward a new member’s first DreamTrip.

 

  • “If I have credit leftover on my DreamTrips Rewards Card, can I use the remaining credit?” No. Currently, WorldVentures does not offer to extend remaining credit for unused portions of DreamTrips Rewards Cards.  

MAKING A PURCHASE

  • “How do I make a purchase with my DreamTrips Rewards Card?” Once your card has been activated, log on to www.roviadreams.com to browse hundreds of available DreamTrips packages. Select the DreamTrip of your choice and follow the booking process to check out. On the payment page (the last page of the booking process before submitting payment), you will see a yellow bar, indicating the value of the DreamTrips Rewards Card amount that will be deducted. Finish up the credit card information for your purchase and then submit. Happy travels!
  • “Do I need to choose a trip that travels before the September 30 deadline?” Of course not! Simply book and pay for your trip by this date and then sit back and relax.
  • “Where do I submit my DreamTrips Rewards Card number during the booking process?” Once your card has been properly activated, you will not need to submit your card number again. The card value will automatically be deducted from your trip total once you reach the payment page on www.roviadreams.com
  • “I don’t see the value of my DreamTrips Rewards Card discount on the payment page, what should I do?”  If you do not see the yellow bar indicating your DreamTrip Rewards Card value on the payment page of your booking, your card has not been activated, has expired or has already been redeemed. Please ensure that you have activated your DreamTrips Rewards Card within the time frames given previously. If you still experience this issue, please contact WorldVentures Customer Service for troubleshooting tips. Please note that cards not activated within 21 days of enrollment and by August 31, 2011, will be considered void.
  • “Can I apply more than one DreamTrips Rewards Card toward my DreamTrips purchase?” Yes. To do this, have one member log in and book the trip as usual. Then email your second DreamTrips Rewards Card number to your agent and the remaining credit will be issued manually.
  • “What if I change my mind and want to cancel a purchase?” Please contact the agent for your trip to properly process a cancelation. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your original DreamTrip Rewards Card value to be reloaded into your account for use on another trip. Please remember that the September 30, 2011, deadline still applies in these instances.
  • “How long can I use my DreamTrips Rewards Card?” The DreamTrips Rewards Card promotion expires on September 30, 2011. Once this date has passed, all DreamTrips Rewards Cards that have not been redeemed will be considered void. In instances of documented technical difficulties, WorldVentures may choose to extend the promotion deadline.

 

USING THE DREAMTRIPS REWARDS CARD

  • “Where can I use my DreamTrips Rewards Card?” You may use your DreamTrips Rewards Cards on DreamTrips products only. It is not valid for Hotel and Resort Getaways, Sizzle Deals, Vacation Rentals or other non-DreamTrips products. Visit www.roviadreams.com to browse available DreamTrips.
  • “Do I have to make my purchase online to use a DreamTrips Rewards Card?” Yes. The process is simple and easy to use once you are online. Your agent is not equipped to process DreamTrips Rewards Cards manually.
  • “Can I use my DreamTrips Rewards Card outside of the United States?” Yes, both international and U.S. members may use DreamTrips Rewards Cards.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions under which WorldVentures & Rovia issue and accept redemption of DreamTrips Rewards Cards. Your acceptance and redemption of a Rewards Card signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Cards are redeemable only by new DreamTrips Members, enrolled from July 15, 2011 to August 31, 2011, purchasing their first DreamTrip vacation. The face value of the Rewards Card will be deducted from the retail price.

2. Member must pay any applicable sales tax (or VAT).

3. There is a limit of one Card per Member. Each Card can only be redeemed once against a first purchase of DreamTrips vacation.
 
4. Only Cards issued between July 15, 2011 and August 31, 2011 and redeemed by September 30, 2011 will be honored. Cards are redeemed when the Member books and makes payment for a DreamTrip vacation.

5. Cards cannot be redeemed against purchase of Hotel or Resort Getaways, Sizzle Deals, Vacation Rentals, or other non-DreamTrips products.

6. Cards are only redeemable by residents of the United States, Austria, Botswana, Canada (Ontario & B.C. only), Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kenya, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

7. Cards are void if taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

8. Cards may not be reproduced, photocopied, trimmed or altered in any way.

9. Cards are non-assignable and are void if transferred from their original recipient to any other person, firm or group. WorldVentures does not permit the unauthorized distribution, collection, sale or assignment of its Cards for any reason. Cards cannot be used in swap boxes, gathered and distributed by any person or group for charitable fund-raising purposes, or otherwise used in any way except as described in paragraph 1 above.

10. Cards must be activated by Members within 21 days of Member's enrollment date and no later than August 31, 2011.

11. The cash redemption value of each Card is 1/20 of one cent.

12. Failure to observe these terms and conditions may, at the sole discretion of WorldVentures, void any Card submitted for reimbursement and all Cards may be retained as property of WorldVentures. Failure to enforce any terms or conditions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of such terms or conditions. These terms may be amended by WorldVentures at any time and at its sole discretion.

13. Card value will automatically be applied toward first DreamTrip purchase and can only be redeemed online. Card must first be activated before value can be deducted from purchase total.
